Your info here is incorrect. Phi Sig Dave Roberts was the one who drove to Ashland Oregon to drive Bob (a 12 hour drive on Monday, 4/27) to Paso. At this point, Bob had progressed into Palsy on his right side and his words were becoming slurred. From that evening on, and for the next 4 days, Bob was surrounded by our family and his brother, working with him around the clock 24 x 7 to get through his seizures and then horrific grand mal seizures. He could not communicate at all the last three days. This was extremely hard on us. Thanks to heavy medication and great care by hospice, Bob was at peace the last two hours before he passed away at 3:35 pm on Friday, 5/1.
We were blessed to have had the privilege to care for him in his final days.
