Read a recap of this "Billy Wilson Day" game at Kezar Stadium in December 1957 against Johnny Unitas' Baltimore Colts.

SF 49ers "Billy Wilson Day"

The Rat Line took a photo of Billy in 1984 wearing a "Go For Four"* SJS fundraising T-shirt prior to the Stanford game. Wilson was playing in John Madden's golf tournament in San Luis Obispo and the charming Spartan and 49er Hall of Fame WR pulled it over his shirt and tie and posed against a banquet room wall for the photo which ran in the SJS alumni newspaper with other famous Spartans.

*San Jose State was going for its fourth straight win over Stanford.
