California: Santa Ana—"The police department is hoping to bolster its budget by locking up more illegal immigrants. The department plans to add 32 beds to its jail and raise the price of incarcerating detainees for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement to $87 a day. The moves are expected to bring in $1 million a year."
