"The Fiesta Flambeau Parade Association has announced it's 2009 Honorary Grand Marshal ... Ruben Ramos, "El Gato Negro". Ruben is extremely excited. He will participate at the annual night parade on April 25 (Saturday), 2009 by riding a Vegas Style Float. The 2.6 mile parade route in downtown San Antonio will be lined with over 500,000 spectators from all over the country. The Grammy Award winner is truly deserving of this honor. Viva Fiesta!"
