Lets face it you were only in the business for five minutes - in truth you know sod all about radio, or ships.
Cutting but true. And, in fairness echoes the frustration that's felt by so many of us at this apparent desire to perpetually complain and be the victim.
I liken it to...
START
NG: I want a blue t-shirt
PM: Here's a blue t-shirt
NG: I don't want a blue one anymore, I want a red t-shirt
PM: Ok, here's a red t-shirt
GOTO START
Basically, Neil, quite understandably, you didn't want your radio career to end the way it did but you weren't a particularly good presenter and you didn't have a great voice for radio. You were one of a number average, forgettable DJs on Caroline and didn't even come close to the professionalism from the likes of Kevin Turner, Peter Phillips and Peter Jackson to mention three standouts for me.
It's a shame you can't simply be famous for being the last broadcaster from international waters but alas you choose to peddle your ridiculous hyperbole here, to an audience of very few.
I pray you're able to find peace, happiness and hope you can one day move on in life from events you dispute that occurred nearly 30 years ago.
The one thing I don't understand, given your apparent hatred of PM and Caroline in its post-international waters era, is why you participated in the Dover RSL.
