I don't know who said 700 MHz would be used for FWA - I'd wager that is wrong. Almost certainly it will be used as the coverage layer for mobile 5G - it will light-up the 5G icon on the phone in deep indoor situations etc, a major part of customer perception. But 10MHz of spectrum delivers diddly-squat throughput compared to today's consumer expectation - hence they will rely on aggregation with higher bands to deliver the capacity and peak throughputs. 3.5GHz is key target. But there is lot of talk about 26, 40, 60 and 80GHz. When it gets much above 5 or 6 GHz I start to get sceptical, despite the undoubted capacity up there!
