It's killing real local radio in the US, along with the damage done by the big corporates.
I visited a small local rock station in Jackson, Wyoming a few years ago, and the guy there said that they were struggling with the effect of it, but, "...when someone's lost their dog, they come back to us".
I still haven't worked out how much is actually live, presented radio.
Definitely worth a browse if you're a radio fan.
