Do they now? If you took the trouble to read a post from Bill S, then you'll have an understanding of how can Ofcom work nowadays.
Bill S is the second person I know of that was only cautioned and equipment taken. The first, a friend of mine, caused an interference on FM and was consequently tracked and closed down, (from a complaint), again, just with a caution, and relieved of his rig.
No 'busted' in court!
