The programme schedules are on the drop down Spectrum Guide menu, it's on 558 most of the evening and 1100-1300 weekdays.
It is not paid programming so if anyone wants to buy time in those periods they are welcome to do so as long as it fits their current format. As discussed on the other thread their change in format request is because hardly anyone does.
When they first started they had an arrangement with World Radio Network that they would relay their feed if they had no paid clients. I remember Radio Netherlands English suddenly appearing for a few weeks on 558, think it was only on certain days as well. IIRC they told me they did not know about the relay and couldn't publicise it as it could be taken off at any time and soon was.
