Could it be the delay with getting 1395 on air is to help Onegold
sort their act out. The paperwork could involve them putting pen to paper and they are awaiting the return of one 'mike read' from Jamaica.
With a contract for only fourteen months of transmitter time,
time is slipping away for any station, to make any kind of impact, be that small or major.
Time will tell, but maybe we need a REAL innovation station.
