There are various people/groups involved in different ways.
The owners of Big L Ltd, and the 1395 licence, are the two brummies who pulled the plug on Big L funding last year (Ian MacGregor and Adam Barwell)
Eric van Willegen and his KBC business are funding the whole operation this time, including the return to AM.
Broadcast Partners are responsible for getting it on air on 1395.
Roger Davis is providing the Big L playout/webstream which will be relayed on AM.
Ray is... nowhere to be seen.
