My money is on this being the TX from Albania. It regularly broadcasts around that time of the morning and was often audible, with the usual heterodyne, under Big L when it was on during the winter of 2007/8. The fact that there was little or no heterodyne with WNKR, who are also off channel (deliberately), confirms this ??
