A classic one is why couples buy a "little bar" in Spain or the Canaries.
But, would you buy a bar that doesn't supply decent beer or wine or anything, and in fact when the bartender slides your glass of Scotch on the rocks along the bar true Western style- it simply doesn't have the energy/legs to make it to you!?
In fact, a bar so remote that nobody can find it!
What is more, a bar that has a known history of complete failiure, a bar that anybody with an ounce of reasoning can figure will never make enough money to survive!
I think not, somehow!
There ARE obviously better bars to buy!
