Tom, I know for sure that KBC have been talking, and willing to finance this- but to what degree? Surely they would be mad to just invest in a short term Anorak for the benefit of RD, just to have an "Anorak" for a few weeks on 1395!
Makes more sense to stay on Short Wave to me, or hire time off someone in the weee small hours- truck drivers listen all night mostly anyway!
Perhaps "Free" radio makes people dillusional as they get older, just trying to relive their past?
