It is a WM-F2031 walkman with a cassette player. I'm afraid I cannot give you the circuit but if you prod around with an oscilloscope you are sure to find the sweet spot. I did have to buffer the signal and amplify it somewhat in order to drive the main amp chain in the transmitter, but its well worth the effort because I can now choose a frequency with the up down buttons on the walkman.
