If you were relaying someone else's legal internet radio station then no. It's a bit like relaying BBC Radio 4.
But if your intention was to broadcast your own station then yes.
The act of transmitting is known as the actus reus of the offence.
But to be guilty, you also need to have a "guilty mind", the mens rea of the offence.
If you were transmitting over the internet with the intention of feeding an illegal broadcasting transmitter then that would be a composite offence, and a court could order the confiscation of the lot.
The Wireless Telegraphy Act 1949 as amended is appropriate in this case.
