If u was to set up a internet radio station, and you brodacst it on the radio from a tree or somehere with a mobile phone reciving your stream from your internet station.
Could your studio be raided as there is no laws on streaming music.
Fair play if they take the transmitter and phone because i would be breaking the law on that side.
