Didn't one of the Scandinavian countries, (Sweden?) also announce a while back that they were not going down the DAB route either?
The bottom line is that DAB is tecnically flawed and cannot deliver a signal that is sonically better than FM without needing to use a high bitrate, (thus using the limited spectrum innefficiently). The DAB signal is also much less robust than FM, it burbles and breaks up easily, and the recievers use up batteries in a matter of hours- and they call this progress?
Is it me?
