The mare would not pursue her flames to the Queen but she knew that soon enough, Fantome and Strandwolf would come back. Her mind turned cold and she hid her thoughts, she knew the Oracle could read her but right now chose to keep her mind about Strandwolf cold, she did not want to answer anything about him. Eyes scanned the area, her familiar made her way up her strides again. Viri was such a weird creature. The Black Mamba could smell her partners covering and only smiled until her voice hissed into the mare’s mind like a lion circling its prey, it was only that Althea was no prey, she was a partner. Althea, you know just as much as me that the stallion is not worthy of you. Come now, Hypatia seeks you. The mare had not spoken that much with the snake. She usually just nodded or shook her head. It was weird almost, but it seemed like the fiery Arabian did not like the presence of the snake, well not hat much. And still, she is a Viper and therefore accepts her familiar as a friend.

She seeks up the Viper Queen and Kail knowing these two was not far from each other. It was a great bond that binds both creatures together and the mare could soon enough feel the temptation of water and fire, she was near Hypatia now. A smile caressed her lips but the mare halted her move underneath the shadows. She was still not adapted to the change of the mountains and the desert yet. She fitted here yes, but that did not mean her body had adapted to it. She relaxed but did not know where her children were, Heretic and Witchblight were her twin daughters that she knew and she probably had to chat with them. Heretic was fine, Witchblight was another case. And to be honest, Althea did not want to talk about her at all, but Witch was her daughter and the mare would never leave one of her children.

Hypatia, I heard from the winds that you wanted to meet me? Is it about Fantome and Strandwolf’s return? She held her smile rather gently. What to do now other then wait? She was apprehensive on the meeting however not knowing what the mare wanted to talk about. What if she asked about Strandwolf and her? What if? Her cranium shook, no, she could not think about that. Eyes of ice blue moved and she looked at Viri relaxing upon her spine. The Black Mamba slithered her tongue out now and then but her eyes were closed and the mare eased up her tension, moved her weight onto her left hind hoof. Cranium moved back and even though flames danced upon her fetlocks the mare was at ease and waited for Hypatia to speak up her mind. The Seer didn’t have any more thoughts, yet.
