Fantome refrains from chuckling at Voraer’s outburst. Though he’s learning as he speaks with more Warriors daily, that such verbal diarrhea is quite normal for the fighters – he has come to expect it now, but he still finds it funny. “I meant between the classes, between Warriors and Spies.” Again, Fantome keeps from laughing even though Voraer has done a wonderful job of proving his point. He understands the general dislike between the two classes, having fallen victim to the biases himself.
It is hard to bring together two forces which often oppose each other – body and mind. However, Fantome, knowing of these intense rifts, believes it is far past the time to overcome them. “We are loners, us spies… but once our loyalty is truly gained – there is nothing to dissuade us from our tasks – but gaining that loyalty can be a very fickle process that many do not have the patience to endure. It can even take a Spy ages to decide who is most worthy of their loyalty.”
The ghost pauses now to prepare a question for Voraer on his tongue, “what would you change about Espionage?”
