"we dance amoung our shadows, our enemies connected feet to feet." It had been far to long. Her eyes watch the deserts, her smile only foretold satisfactory. Her eyes watch as the hot air picked and played at the dunes as they washed away like waves upon her ocean. Memories, as memories were rather fickle for her, came to her in its own waves. None to pleasant, but they didn’t make her clench her heart in fear, and shy away from them. She told new stories, her life lead her to new places. And those dreadful memories only made her stronger, more whole, they became a part of her that she shared. She overcame her fear long ago, and now that battered child of the elements stood there, her body bathed in scars of claw marks and old flesh wounds and blisters. Even as repulsive as she might look she stood strong, stood with an air of bravery and courage, and no longer would she hide within the wake of those memories. She allowed them to live, and she smirked at them. But it is as she watches the dunes the granite tossing and playing with its own natural wind that her lightning bares it own electric teeth. Knitting itself in some dark hole within her. Almost grumbling for the repulsive feeling of the others Earth. But she doesn’t look to see who it is yet. Her dark head bend and tucked saftley near her shoulder. It has been far to long that she has felt the elements. But her water reacts, yearning to touch, to play. Without further notice she too tucks that way like children in a crib. Leaving them to grumble and fight inside her. Eventually her head lifts. But it isn’t who she expect, not while she touches his fire, can feel it. He didn’t have that power before. Her eye’s widen, but this time not with fear, as a smile brushes up the corners of her lips. She takes a great step towards the roan figure. Her neck trying to twine itself around his own as she laughs, happily of course whilst he stutters her name. It has been far to long. “Formaldehyde!“ She calls into the air, voicey and clear. She pulls away from him, and looks at him, immediately wanting to pull herself back into him. Years ago she would of never done this, years ago she would of fought to keep any kind of physical contact to a minimum. But then again, she has found her stability. Although it has been through her fear of her memories, she faced the, fought them, and won. She smiles at him with the question. A sigh almost escapes her lips. “The sea and mountains hold many things dear to me, but its time to start something new. I’ve faced hell while I’ve been in both of those lands, and I feel its time that I move on, I have returned and for that, I deserve to start fresh.“ She states with a nod. Her eyes lulling over the scars she has collected over the years. A vast, vast number of them. it has been far to long. k a s p a r a lightning III; water I; Kemush and Datura
