Ni'Srilan: The Desert: [FANTOME] every time we like awake

Silver flesh exploded like a flock of birds wheeling into the sky.

Like the roar of heavy rain her hooves thuded against the sand, sending into a great and wild spray around her. Black hairs flung in a shielding mess, arching around her as her lithe frame wheeled away from the abrupt and sudden appearance of this black phantom. Silence screamed past her parted lips.

She calmed only when several strides yawned between them, her hasty retreat swaying to an equally swift halt - it was not in her to run from danger, but she'd been so startled pure, raw instinct took over what feigned civilized attitudes she had always claimed. She breathed heavily as the adrenaline spiraled around her. Her water sloshed wearily inside her, clashing with her fear and anger to soothe her nerves. She snorted heavily at the black stallion, perturbed by his appearance creating such an unseemly response in her otherwise very collected body. Her amber eyes narrowed accusingly upon his own facade.

"Maybe you scared everyone away." She huffed, her feathers still ruffled although she was quickly settling. Her kitten's anger was drifting inward as she berated herself, embaressment creeping hotly along her cheeks in an impossible blush. "Thank you, Fantome." Her clear cut and watery vocals eased past her lips with a frail, though honest smile. "I am Huyana, come from Solira. I'm merely here for a visit." She hesitated, sorting out her words and her wants until they fit together. "Do you know this desert well? It intrigues me." It also repulsed her. Her water yearned to return to the ocean, she ignored the request.
