Two things come to mind off the top of my head. Is her stomach swollen or tense?
Hope it isn't bloat...If so that is a huge emergency. O a blockage comes to mind too. Watch her close. Either of these things are 911 type emergencies. If she eats or drinks then vomits that is one of the signs of a blockage. Stuff goes in can't get past so it comes back up. For some blockages they just run an IV and the extra fluid helps with it.
