My humble opinion is that this is the dominant pup in the litter. The absolute alpha. I would venture to guess that the food aggression was just one aspect of her dominant personality. At 3 weeks old, this is not something she has learned, but rather is the way she came into the world. It is who she is, so the trick is to mold and shape that pup from this raw material, and with respect for who she was born to be. If a pup like that is lucky, the breeder recognizes who she is, and places her with people who will appreciate her and build on those qualities. If she is unlucky, she ends up with folks who think she is a huge unmanageable behavior problem.
