Thanks for the info. I just got off the phone with her. Odd that they didn't contact me when they were having problems. I have emailed them several times, though not recently. They have decided to keep her, though I will be working with them on training. She told me she pulled the add off of Craigslist. We will be having a training session this Saturday. Each puppy I sell comes with 8 free obedience consults. Apparently they had forgotten about that in the contract, along with a few other details. I think the problems she is having with the dog are correctable. . .
