Just a little bragging here.
The Rarities show two weeks ago was a blast, and I have to say that Bella Rosa did really well, as did our friends the Boerboels. Danny Clinton was only able to be there Saturday. But out of those 3 shows his pup, Bella Rosa's Wreaking Havoc, earned Best In Show Puppy twice! Our other puppies, Tangent, Invictus, Shiva and Bodhi Tara, did very well. There was also a kennel from California - Antico, that came for the Saturday competition. Their Corso Titan won Reserve Best In Show, and their puppy Antico's 1st Storm took BIS Puppy in show #2! (Sorry - I don't have any pictures of these great dogs!) Michelle and Truman had a great time as Jr. Puppy Group winners! And Tuff won Best In Show in show #4, and Reserve Best In Show in show #5. WOW! I think it's safe to say that the working dogs - corsos and boerboels - really dominated the weekend!
This show was a lot of fun and the team work between everyone made it all that much better, in spite of the 95 degree weather. I look forward to seeing everyone together again at the next Rarities show in September. (I promise it will be a whole lot cooler!)
