Two of your dog's puppies were there, so yes there was competition! And your favorite handler in the whole world was also there to help you show your dogs, since you are so shy. I heard you were there for a minute, but didn't come see me - your NWWD partner! I can only assume you saw the quality of the competition and panicked! Poor child!
