I prefer free range chicken eggs...they taste better, and the hens have a large portion of their diet from natural sources.
Commercially produced eggs usually are confinement operations and feed contains additives, hormones, and antibiotics....from what I have founf, they really are not bad for you, but usually are not as fresh as the free range and organic eggs available.
NONE of them are cheap.
