Yes, it was very sudden and completely unexpected. It was discovered intially that he had a problem that from what was described should have been treatable. Had surgery and came home..in a matter of days seemed to have what was an infection and went back to the hospital. Further testing turned up more concerning news and within a few more days he was gone.
