We'll try to answer your questions, Micky. With the car, just remember, you are aiming to NOT excite the dog, so as little talking (praise or otherwise), as little eye contact (that can wind dogs up), and as little anticipation from you humans as you can (your slightest excitement will, cause the dog to become excited). Be matter of fact and act bored!!
