I have just heard that Manager Rod Stringer has been offered the vacant managerial position at Braintree Town FC foolowing the surprise removal of Lee Patterson from his contract there. Lee (allegedly) was sacked for internal matters but has refused to comment to press but has denied any wrong doing (no smoke without fire). Rod wishes to thank all for the support shown and the Club wishes him all the best for the future. Rod's Mamangment team will be going with him. The club will make an official statement later today.
