Cause the people to lazy to work on their cars will claim the winners car they ha?e tried this how many times,causes fights and people claim cars and never bring them back then your car count goes down.hell just put a different driver in a junk car a buy a good one every week stripem apart and sell parts for 750 we can make money hell ya
