I wanted to say something earlier but decided against it. Now, thanks to Pitboardgal, I think I will after all. "Just wondering" this would be directed at you. Were you one of the 12 that recieved a check that was not paid after you were asked not to rush to the bank? These checks are being handled with a call to Kenny or Jay. Or were you one of those that wrote MAS a check that did not have quite enough funds in YOUR account to cover it? The checks written by MAS did not clear because standard procedure in banks is normally not to honor checks written on out of area banks at the time of deposit but to wait until the funds are proven avaiable. Kenny was kind enough to accept checks but that will probably not happen in the future. You have been very helpful in trying to bring this situation to everyone's attention. Now you can move on to something else but be careful. You now have two women on your case and I'm sure I can speak for both of us......... you more than likely will not win! Thank you and good night.
