This is an open call to NAPCARTH (National Association for the Prevention of Cruelty to All Race Track Help) members and any other interested parties to begin your Anti-Rain Dance programs IMMEDIATELY! If we begin now perhaps the heavy rains that are forecast will go away or at least just be dust settling showers only. So get up, "shake your bootys", and LET'S GO RACIN'!!! Thank you.
