This team has put up with alot of crap. All moves were made to make this team better, I will give Kenny Way credit, he really tried to make this team better. He did everything that people asked of him. Coming from the management standpoint, The GM did his job.
The team went into a funk when. 1. Goff Left 2. Mike D. informed us he was not going to worlds. 3. One guy complained about everything.
All this is now done and over. I am a teamate of everyone in this dugout. I gave 100% and tore my left labrum diving. It is officially torn and has been for the last 6 weeks. I will play on that field until the day I can't. I will defend my teamates and never, never give up.
Tomorrow in this regional I expect all positive words. There will be no more negativity. Negativity IS PURE SHIT. NO MORE NEGATIVE STATEMENTS. CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM IS FINE, BUT KEEP IT BETWEEN THE 2 PARTIES.
WE HAVE WORKED AND PRACTICED. EVERYONE KNOWS WHAT THEY HAVE TO DO. GO TO SLEEP EARLY AND PLAY YOUR FUUCCKING ASSES OFF.
IF ANYONE TAKES THIS PERSONEL, DONT! JUST PLAY AND ENJOY THIS GAME.
