My Mammoth died today with no warning? Complete loss of electric power. Battery is fine, but no electric beyond battery. No lights, brake lights, horn, etc.. Connections are tight at the battery, starter and alternator. Fuses are OK under the hood in the small black box. NOthing happens when key is turned on acc. or trying to start? Appreciate any thoughts.

I took a look at the electrical schematic that is in the little owners manual and it isnt much help in showing the electrical flow,as it shows only everything that is connected. But I do know this much, if the ignition key is not on then nothing comes on like lights, horn, etc....this leads me to believe that you have a bad ignition switch as all power must go through it. My switch gets very hot after a while, so that shows that a lot of current. With the other past comments about bad switches, it wouldnt surprise me if yours died....Thats where I would look.....

Start at the battery terminal with a good test light and follow the circuits until you find the break.... Jeff Camo Mammoth
