I suggest you check the plugins under the hood near the headlights for voltage in high and low beam positions. The headlamps are double element bulbs. Make sure the ground circuit is good as well. It is possible that both high beam elements are out. Or, maybe the sockets need checking, otherwise the signal switch may be out. Kazuma sells it for $60. (ugh!!!)
