I used a 6008 RS sealed on both sides bearings for the rear. Put them in the freezer overnight. It makes going back together a lot easier.
The fronts are 6007 bearings that are shielded only on the outside. Chances are that they are full of water and sand also. I replace mine with sealed bearings on both sides.
