Thanks Jeff. I had read your article but I got somewhat confused with your terminology (caliper,rotor,caliper mount plate, caliper support, support plate, vehicle mount - are any of these the same?)(I'm a visual learner I guess). Either way, this doesn't answer my question about that rubber plug at the rear of the caliper where I guessed there'd be another allen key. Can I either pull this out or poke it through?
