I will show you how-to post pictures in your message
First...
you will need a picture 
let say your picture is named (mammoth22) and it is located in (my documents) under the (my pictures) folder... C:\My Documents\My Pictures\mammoth22
Second...
We need to upload that picture to the internet,
We gonna use http://imageshack.us/ but you may use any other files/photo hosting server
1- Click (Browse) button on the imageshack website
2- Find your way to your picture... ex. C:\My Documents\My Pictures\mammoth22
3- Select the picture you want to upload and click (Open)
4- If you want to add an other picture click (Browse) and redo step 2 and 3, you may add a total of 5 pictures and upload them simultaneously
5- Check the box (Resize image) and select (640x480 for message boards)
6- Click the (Start upload!) button
7- Wait until your picture get uploaded (the speed depend on your internet connection)
8- Click on the picture just uploaded
9- On the right side of the screen, you will have a bunch of link to that picture, chose the one (Embed this image) marked (forum), click on the link it will become selected (turn blue) now, right click on it and select copy, or you may also do a CTRL+C key combination
Third...
Insert that picture in your message
-Type your message in the massage box (on the forum) and leave the cursor where your want your image to be located and Paste the link there (Right click, Paste or CTRL+V)
- Preview and post your message!!!
Note... if your want to add multiple image to your message you may post the (Gallery link) or copy and paste each image individually
