I need a place to start there are 3 slots that the switch goes into if you put it into them the wires will be toward the back the other the wires are toward the front do you know which way your wires are facing. I have it with them towards the front know with nothing. In the back facing way the only light I get is the R when its in low tried to adjust this to be right no luck. Do I need to take the whole thing back off or just the link.
