Nice set-up... I like the K&N tapper filter !
I was thinking to build something like that, but I end up on sealing the air filter box and build a snorkel instead of a remote filter, I just finish it yesterday, this is how it look
3- Large radiator hose elbow 
2 " ABS pipe and 22.5 deg elbow 
I have removed the back liner of the seat back and groove the plastic to make enough room for the 2" pipe
