If you have absolutely no coolant coming out from the ball valve (when the valve is open and both the radiator and the reservoir are full)and if you have no thermostat installed on this engine, that mean your cooling system is plugged...
Take a look at the 2 big coolant hose coming out of the engine and follow them to the radiator, you may find the hose pinched somewhere
Underneath the mammoth the rubber hose transfer to a metal tube and back to rubber hose to connect to the radiator (The metal tube might be crushed)
