I machined mine also. I live in northern canada and didnt want to send them all the way to the US so I had a friend with a machine shop that did mine...WHAT A DIFFERENCE. It never worked like that before! I also fixed the starter issue(click click) by putting 2 .020 washers behind the starter to bring it out a little. Before that I had a hard time just to get it to turn over, now it NEVER clicks. (very easy fix)
