I recently purchsed 2 Kenda "Executioner" tires, 25X10X12 from Motosport. After they were mounted I noticed that the rim of the tire was protruding about a half of an inch over the rim of the hub on both sides. I asked the man who mounted the tire and he said that the overhang was called a "Rim Guard" They are tubeless tires and seem to work great. Has anyone had any experience with tires with a rim guard?
