That is the Helidude (Steve) I know! Everything Bill said is true. All I can add is that Steve tried repeatedly to get Jason and the "customer service" people to step up and do the right thing regarding Bill's Mammoth...but all they were intersted in was making more money off the deal! Steve quoted Bill a price for a new Mammoth and was man enough to see to it that Bill got what he paid for. Unfortunately no one at Kazuma was upright enough to do the same.
This is just one example of what Steve has done for customers. He is out a great deal of money because he is taking up the slack for Kazuma. I don't see how someone like Jason Tsai can sleep at night knowing what he is doing not only to Steve, but to his own company and all the folks who make up this forum.
