For those of you who know Steve at "The Mammoth Store", this may not be a surprise but it was to me! In May 2008 I purchased a Mammoth from Steve (Helidude). It was shipped and received in Oklahoma city on the May 15th. and the problems began. The forklift pinched the break line while loading onto the trailer. The damage was documented by ConWay freight and I took it home. While uncovering the crate, further damage was discovered and the unit was returned to ConWay that day. Steve was notified of the problem and the wheels of Kazuma ground slowly into motion. In reference to the Administrators posting on June 23, 2008 "Kazuma Fraud", I was that customer. Steve spent hours on the phone dealing with Kazuma and keeping me informed. He offered to repay me out of his own pocket or find another machine, I wanted the Mammoth!! "A MAN OF HIS WORD"!!!! On July 1, 2008: Steve, his wife and three Children left their home in Illinois, picked up a new, assembled Mammoth in Kentucky and delivered it to my wife and I in Eastern Oklahoma at 09:00 July 2nd (All night drive). I have never experienced a level of commitment from anyone, outside my family, in my life!!!!! Have you? I have never written or posted a letter of appreciation before but, all of you in the Mammoth community needed to hear this story! I can't express how much his efforts have impressed my wife and I. Steve, You have gone above and beyond the call.....Thank you, your wife and children VERY MUCH! Bill B.
