This forum has been here as a service to the owners and prospective buyers of Kazuma Mammoths since the very beginnings of the Mammoth wave. In fact, this forum started that wave. And while this forum will remain and support those owners that currently own these machines, we will provide what we feel is a very important warning for those people interested in purchasing these machines. Beware of the U.S. branch of this company! They have been really struggling with making any moral choices and fixing what they should rightfully fix for customers under warranty. We really hate to report this, but it is a fact, and it has only become a problem since the real product support man has left Kazuma. Sap, as he is known, left after fighting with this rediculous management over common-sense items that should be no-brainers. Unfortunately, there seems to be no business ethics, or possibly just very reversed ones at play here. This does not mean that there are not very good dealers out there, and this does not mean that Kazuma is incapable of making a good machine. However, until we see a reversal of the extremely poor decision making and refusal of legitimate warranty claims we are unable to steer people to have any business dealings with this company. Please continue to support your dealers, and by all means, this does not mean that Kazuma is incapable of fixing these problems. We feel that Kazuma should hear from forum members in one thread just how you feel as owners regarding warranty support. We have documented cases which show neglect and extremely poor choices by Kazuma. Customers should not be stuck with massive repair bills on new machines. You would not allow this on any car you bought, new or used. It is unacceptable to think that Kazuma is willing to allow their loyal users and biggest supporters down by refusing to provide honest and fair warranty support. Please feel free to voice you opinion on this topic, but be sure to follow all forum guidelines in doing so. When we feel that Kazuma has made the effort to fix and provide the essential warranty work to regain the position they held 4-5 months ago, this will be removed, not before.
Thank you guys for being great, this forum has done a lot of things for a lot of people. We want this same atmosphere and friendship to continue on.
