Look in http://washingtonsart.org/WhatsHappening.htm
under "Volunteer Training Invitation"...it's a class on needs/wants/what do you have to offer. The whole site tells the goals, and yes livestock, but also small critters are rescued. It's a FEMA sponsored operation.
