Did she move to Cali or was just visiting? It's kind of a hard spot your in, but I don't think she would have paid you 200 bucks if she wanted to abandon the dogs. I know I would not pay 200 bucks for 2 dogs for a week and then abandon them if I could just try to find them homes. Hang in there, maybe something reeally bad has happened. At least the 200 will cover you for food for a while, give her a chance...these dogs would be better off with their mom instead of the pound. Is it the bernard and the other dog that I met?
